Accompanied by: It is ideal as an aperitif and also to accompany appetizers, fried vegetables and herbs, stuffed vegetables, pasta with pesto and seafood dishes.

Caratteristiche: An important wine of yellow amber colour with a full soft, and persistent taste, full and complex perfume with the scent of ripe fruit.
Wine harvest and Wine making: Grapes of raisin wine are selected and harvested late, made to wither on trellises and vinificated according to ancient local tradition and refined in small oak barrels.
Accompanied by: faged cheeses and Ligurian typical sweets and cakes.

Strength: 12.00 / 12.50 % vol.
Caratteristiche: ingle Year (Millesimato) Spumante, Nature (zero dosage) of golden and brilliant straw-yellow colour with fine and long-lasting perlage. Persistent and white foam. Very intense and complex perfume with a harmonious and elegant taste.
Wine making: soft pressing and first controlled fermentation in stainless steel. In spring one proceeds with foam bottling and a second fermentation. Minimum 24 month permanence on yeasts. Accurate manual remuage and final pour off.
Accompanied by: Aperitif, but absolutely suitable for any type of meal.
